Breakfast at Marin Hotels: Fresh, Bountiful, Complimentary!

Acqua Hotel
UK-based Travel Bloggers The Traveling Stomach (with a name like that, you know they know their food!) had this to say about their breakfast at Acqua Hotel:
Breakfast includes an astonishing array of fresh food to send you off for the day. Expect to find freshly baked pastries such as croissants and muffins, platters of melon and berries, alongside some hot options as well. One highlight and must try, has to be the frittatas, including the delicious spinach, mushroom and cheese one, but also keep an eye out for the waffle iron, with some fresh batter and condiments to make your own classic American breakfast.
Nothing is overlooked on Aqua Hotel’s breakfast buffet: pastries, fruit, cereal, eggs, frittata, bacon, sausage, a coffee bar with espresso drinks, and service with a smile. Enjoy your breakfast in the aptly named breakfast room, in the glassed-in atrium, or at any of our outdoor tables, all with a Mt. Tam/Bay view.
Waters Edge Hotel
You guys: this breakfast is delivered to your room each morning of your stay. You KNOW you’re on vacation when you’re having breakfast in bed. If you’re not the eating in bed type (btw, housekeeping will take care of those bagel crumbs), there’s a table in each room. But also this: the Grand View Deck. May as well enjoy that San Francisco Bay view as much as you can during your stay!
What’s on the Deluxe Continental breakfast try you ask? Here we go: bagels (everything, plain, gluten free), smoked salmon with all of the trimmings, toast, Pastry of the Day (Kougin Amann or Cinnamon Twist), steel cut oatmeal, granola, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, and premium coffee and tea. Pick and choose to suit your fancy!
Mill Valley Inn
Head to the Sun Terrace Lounge for our bountiful Continental breakfast. It’s all here: waffles, bagels and lox with all the trimmings, steel-cut oatmeal with toppings, cold cereal, organic yogurt, fresh pastries and bread, and fresh fruit. Plus, a coffee bar — our staff will make you espresso drinks! Dine in the lounge or on the patio with the Redwoods as your breakfast companion. Also, maybe you convinced someone to bring a tray back to your guest room? Good for you!
p.s. there is a complimentary wine and cheese reception each evening at our hotels too, so if you miss breakfast, wine time awaits!
