Acqua Hotel in Marin County is "Clean Beyond Measure"

There are a few things we’ve heard consistently over the years from our guests at Acqua Hotel: the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is amazing, the setting is outstanding, and the rooms are sparkling clean. That last one is of course top-of-mind for us now. We’ve let our guests know that we implemented specific COVID-19 practices throughout all of our Marin Hotels properties, so we thought we’d check in on some of our reviews to see if our guests are happy with what we’ve done…

We are delighted to report the answer is yes! A few highlights:

“Clean beyond measure. This hotel would make an OCD person feel relaxed. We always bring Clorox wipes, isopropyl alcohol in a spray bottle to clean hotels before we stay. (Pre-COVID) and now it’s needed more than ever. I wiped and wiped and nothing. I’ve never experienced that before. My wife was impressed and she is NEVER impressed with hotel’s cleaning skills.”

“I am never easily impressed when it comes to cleanliness and service. I’m obscenely critical and was neurotic before COVID-10 about germs and such…Acqua Hotel made us feel safe and at ease. We went thru practically every inch with sanitizing wipes and disinfecting alcohol but we barely found a speck of dust or yuckiness.”

“Our family sometimes clean hotels just to be extra safe during this time and we found barely any dirt or gross things on the wipes.”

You cannot believe how good this makes us feel! We are doing everything we can to make our guests feel comfortable and safe, and it really matters to us that they notice.
